Simon specialises in 1-1 and team executive coaching for senior leaders, high potential managers and entrepreneurs.  His clients include Microsoft, ARM, Google, Qualcomm, Accenture, Juniper Networks,  Pearson, Circle Housing,  Shine Group,  Ascham Homes and Red Gate Software.

Simon is Chairman of the Board at Gearset, 3T Software Labs, Greenely AB and Stockeld Dreamery.  In each case, he combines his chairman role with CEO coaching.
